Refund policy

Conditions:

The consumer has the right to notify the seller that they are withdrawing from the purchase, without paying a penalty and without giving a reason, within 14 days from the day following delivery of the product(s)

An item is only accepted as a return if it meets all of our return conditions. Any deviation from these may result in the return being refused:

• The products must be complete (including all accessories, manuals and documentation).
• Products must be undamaged, unused and in their original (undamaged) packaging. Products may only be inspected in the same way as you would in a physical shop. If you do install the products or put them into use, this means that you accept them.
• The original packaging must always be placed inside at least one outer box.
• The original packaging must not be soiled or marked in any way (for example by labels, stickers, damage, writing, etc.).
• If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you are obliged to actually return the purchased goods in their original packaging within 14 days of notifying us of the withdrawal.
• Shipping costs are at the buyer's expense.
